博士研究生:Rui Kang,Free vibration of the honeycomb-corrugation hybrid structure.
Once proposed, sandwich plate with a honeycomb-corrugation hybrid core is highly praised due to its rigidity, strength, and energy absorption higher than other counterparts with the same area density. Although its static properties such as out-of-plane compression, in-plane shear, and three-point bending, etc. have been studied, there are still gaps in the vibration analysis. To investigate its free vibration characteristics, a theoretical method based on three-dimensional elastic theory is proposed. Equivalent elastic constants of the honeycomb-corrugation hybrid core are obtained using the homogenization method involving corrugation and honeycomb coupling effect in a representative volume element. The present theoretical approach is in good agreement with the finite element simulation.

The viscosity and surface tension of cerebrospinal fluid can be measured simultaneously by capillary rise method. Thus, the relationship between different diseases and cerebrospinal fluid viscosity and surface tension can be established.
