Shaobao Liu obtained a Ph.D. in 2018 from Xi’an Jiaotong University after his B.Sc. in 2011 from Xi’an University of Technology. From 2015 to 2017, he was a visiting student at the Department of Mechanical Engineering & Materialas Science, Washington University in St. Louis. His current research interests include the mechanics biomaterials (i.e., tooth, skin, neurons and plant cells) and soft materials.
